Welcome to FlowCue

SenseQ Ltd. (“SenseQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates FlowCue, including the FlowCue mobile app, connected FlowCue devices, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use FlowCue.

FlowCue uses information from your connected water-monitoring devices to provide readings, leak and device-health alerts, and device-control features. During setup, Wi-Fi credentials are transferred directly to your FlowCue device; they are not sent to or retained by the FlowCue backend.

1. Information We Collect

We collect and receive the following information to provide FlowCue:

2. Wi-Fi Credentials

When you connect a FlowCue device to your Wi-Fi network, the credentials are sent directly from your phone to that device as part of setup. Wi-Fi credentials do not reach or persist on the FlowCue backend.

3. How We Use Information

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only as needed to operate FlowCue or when required by law:

5. Retention, Security, and Account Deletion

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide FlowCue, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain security.

You can permanently delete your account from within the FlowCue app. This deletes your account, including its user identifier, and the data associated with homes that you are permitted to delete. If a home is shared, FlowCue may require another owner to be assigned or other members to be removed before deleting that home so that another person’s access and data are not removed unintentionally. Account and eligible home deletion cannot be undone.

6. Your Choices

You can manage notification permissions in your device settings and may contact us to request access to or correction of personal information, subject to applicable law. You may also delete your FlowCue account in the app as described above.

7. Children’s Privacy

FlowCue is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to FlowCue, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when FlowCue or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date.
